LAMAZE FIRST MIRROR
Publisher/Manufacturer: Learning Curve
Once a baby can hold her head up, she's bound to get a charge out of seeing her reflection. If you make a mirror readily available at baby eye level you'll also encourage your child's self-awareness and ability to distinguish between himself and others. This mirror is designed particularly for infants. It's baby-safe, framed in a checkerboard cloth, and attached to a foam wedge. The wedge has two black and white polka-dot triangular sides that even a newborn's eyes can focus on. Its three wide sides are fuzzy red, blue, and yellow, pleasant to the touch and also in the high contrast colors that are ideal for developing infant eyes. Use its Velcro straps to attach it to the side of the crib or a playpen, or rest it on the crib mattress, move it to the carpet, or prop it on a shelf so that you and baby can admire yourselves together.
