By the time your baby is a year old, you will have changed countless diapers and no doubt become an old pro at it. One way to ensure easier and safer diaper changes is to use a pad that has contoured foam sides and A safety strap to help prevent your infant from rolling off.
The Safety Changing Table Pad Deluxe comes with both of these things and is also made with a hypoallergenic material. (Despite the contoured sides and strap, the American Academy of Pediatrics says that you should never leave your infant unattended while changing her -- make sure you have everything you need before you place her on the pad). The pad is also waterproof, washable, and attaches to a table with strong adhesive tabs. The thinner cloth pad is removable and packs easily in a diaper bag.
