Take a look on any pregnant couple's baby registry, and there's a good chance they've got the Diaper Genie on it. While the Genie does a decent job of containing smells, replacing the special bags (that you must purchase separately) can take more time than you should really have to spend. Meanwhile, the Diaper Champ will take any bag (the plastic ones from the grocery store or that your newspaper comes in are ideal). The simple design allows you to simply flip a handle to deposit a dirty diaper. The Champ also contains smells rather well (cleaning it each time you empty will help). And since it's taller than the Genie, it'll hold a few more diapers.
