This memory book for baby's first year is chock-full of those familiar characters from Can't You Sleep, Little Bear. The book has lots of fun, original entries that your baby will appreciate years from now. For example, parents are asked to write down whether Mom thought the baby would be a boy or girl, and how much a gallon of milk cost when their child was born. There are also the traditional spaces for things like foot and hand prints, baby announcements, and ultrasound photos. Those who are anti-pastel will enjoy the warm tones of peach, honey, and denim blue. And though the text includes both parents equally, the Big Bear cradling the cub on all these pages is Little Bear's father, which is a nice touch.
